Open carefully and avoid touching the surface of the print. The oils from our fingers can damage the inks over a long period of time. To ensure the longevity of your print, hang away from direct sunlight and avoid damp room environments.

We endeavour to dispatch your print as soon as possible however please allow up to 7 days for handling, it will be worth the wait!
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional fees or custom taxes set by the destination country that can occur with international shipping outside of Australia.
Returns
Each print is carefully shipped to ensure its preservation, however accidents can occur. If your fine art print arrives damaged please email photos to info@catherinejaworski.com within 72 hours and a refund or replacement can be organised.
Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
